Carole is a talented healing practitioner, specializing over the years in deep emotional release, clearing and replacing limiting belief patterns and intuitive development. She spent ten years in Australia and abroad teaching, sharing, and learning from masters in the field of mediumship and energy work.

Carole is dedicated to assisting others in uncovering the layers of emotions such as anger, guilt, and resentment that are blocking them from experiencing and creating a life of absolute freedom, abundance, truth, and love - our natural state of being.

A devoted mother of two Carole utilizes her natural nurturing and healing abilities coupled with ThetaHealing to guide you through this transformational process.

Carole teaches ThetaHealing to the Sacramento community through classes, workshops and intensives to fellow Healers as well as non practitioners to aid in their personal journey.

Reiki (ray-kee) is used in Carole's practice to balance energy flow throughout one's body to achieve optimum health & wellness.

Having completed her massage therapy certification from one of the most well known schools in the sacramento area, Healing Arts Institute, Carole adds a holistic approach to massage and bodywork.

In addition, Carole hosts platform mediumship events.
