Bridggett Davis

Bridggett Davis, certified massage therapist, completed her massage threapy training at the Healing Arts Institute. Healing Arts is one of the most reputable and highly recommended schools in the Greater Sacramento/Citrus Heights areas.

The different modalities practiced by Bridggett includes: Swedish, Deep Relaxion (firm Swedish), Deep Tissue, Stretching, Sidelying/Pregnancy, and Chair massage. Her favorite technique is Deep Relaxation and Deep Tissue.

"Massage is more than just pampering. It is a vital component of maintaining good health."

In addition to living a healthy lifestyle massage is a great way to keep stress levels very low on a day to day basis!

Bridggett has a B.F.A. in Professional Theatre with a concentration in acting/directing. Her adventurous spirit and love for the art has led her to various stages from the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. to Germany, and all the way back to the "Big Apple" - New York City!

She has performed with bellydance troupes in North Carolina and Northern California. Based in the Sacramento area, she performs under the name Badia, given by her first California instructor. The name "Badia," is in honor of the Legendary Badia Masabni, the godmother of bellydance.
